Managing Failure

In my prior post about Growth and Spirituality, I talked about life being about constant growth. However, growth can only happen if we are willing to risk failing sometimes. We learn a lot about ourselves and life through trying new things and venturing into unfamiliar territory. It is how our relationship to life can change for the better. However, if our ego gets in the way of letting our spirits flourish into greater wholeness, we only stifle ourselves.

This series will go over how to approach failure as something to be managed rather than feared. I will first talk about the learning process and how it helps model how to address failure in other ways. After that, I will talk about ways to coach ourselves and then review a book that talks about how to change habits. After that, I will talk about how relationships can be fraught with fear of failure and finish with talking about forgiveness.
