Centered Soft Gaze (Meditation)

This is another way to think of the state of mind that meditation achieves. I noticed at one point that during meditation, it seemed like I was “gazing softly” at myself being in a body and could feel my consciousness in my head. I drifted between active focus and relaxed dreaming to maintain that perfect balance right in the center where I could be actively relaxed and simply “gaze” at the immediate experience of life, the breath, the heartbeat, the body, the darkness behind closed eyes and yes, the flow of thoughts.

This felt like the culmination of what I’ve shared so far and slowly become more present one meditation session at a time.
